Furthermore, our in-house audit team conducts daily reconciliations of bank and merchant card deposits against Daily Operating Reports, promptly identifying and reporting any discrepancies to field operation teams for a swift resolution.

As the dynamic Group CEO of Bajco Group, Nadeem brings to the table an extensive tenure of over three decades, teeming with rich leadership and management experiences in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector. Nadeem’s industry acumen has earned him various leadership positions, where his invaluable insights are held in high regard.

Nadeem’s academic credentials shine equally bright, with undergraduate degrees in Commerce from the prestigious University of the Punjab, and in Marketing & Accounting from Indiana Tech. His strong academic background and hands-on experience make him an influential force, driving the Bajco Group’s vision and success.


Faisal S. Bajwa

Co-Founder, CFO, Managing member

After earning his Masters in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Faisal ascended to the position of Vice President at KeyBank within 3 years. This distinguished banking career, however, was just a stepping stone to his true passion – entrepreneurship and the expansion of his family business.

In 2008, Faisal embraced this calling, joining Bajco Group full-time as the CFO, utilizing his solid experience in finance, legal, and corporate strategy. With his entrepreneur spirit fueling his drive, Faisal has garnered over 30 years of unparalleled proficiency in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector.

His commitment to continuous learning is further evident from his dual undergraduate degrees – a Bachelor’s in Commerce from the University of the Punjab, coupled with a specialization in Marketing & Finance from Indiana Tech. At the helm of Bajco Group, Faisal continues to strategize, innovate, and foster growth, proving himself a vital asset to the enterprise’s financial and strategic vision.


Abdul Malik Bajwa

Co-Founder, President, Managing member

Malik Bajwa brings a diverse and extensive background to the role. With an impressive 20-year tenure in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segment, he has honed his expertise in commercial operations. His professional journey includes six years in commercial banking and a two-year stint as the Financial Controller for a Domino’s Pizza franchise in New York, USA.

Now, at the helm of our BPO Operations in Pakistan, he leverages this wealth of experience to drive success. Malik Bajwa’s academic credentials further reinforce his leadership. He holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce and a graduate degree in Business, both from the prestigious University of the Punjab, Pakistan.


Razi Bilal Khan

Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting

Razi joined the BPO office in 2008, Razi managed BPO operations until 2015 then was promoted to Vice President & relocated to the USA where he managed the accounting function for the Bajco Group. With over 15 years of experience in the QSR segment, Razi is currently serving as the accounting function senior lead liaison between the Corporate office in Canfield OHIO, USA, and the BPO office in Pakistan. Razi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance. He completed his CA Articleship from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.


Muhamamd Nauman Shahid

Vice President, BPO Operations

Nauman joined BPO Office in Feb 2022 after relocating from Toronto, Canada. Prior to joining our group, Muhammad served as a Director of Finance in a multinational leading auto parts maker company in Canada where he oversaw the accounting & operational finance and reporting functions of manufacturing plants across North America, Europe, and China for over 20 years. He also has some experience in the QSR segment both in Canada and USA. Moreover, Muhammad also served in the banking industry (Canada & Pakistan) as a Senior Credit Risk Specialist for over 8 years. Muhammad holds a Master’s degree in Business, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan. He completed his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) Certification in 2015, Certified Management Accounting (CMA) Certification in 2012, and Certified Credit Professional Designation in 2004, all from Canada.
